Several patients can be seen in the same time it takes to see one patient at home, therefore we do ask that you try to attend the surgery/speak to a Doctor wherever possible.
Requests for a home visit should be submitted via the online system- AskmyGP with a reason for the request. If you are unable to access the online system, our receptionist can log a visit on your behalf. Please note, all requests should be submitted before 9am, however all emergency requests will be answered at all times during our opening hours of 8.00am-6.30pm Monday to Friday on 01942 807807.
If you contact the Practice to arrange a visit, the receptionist will ask for details, this is in the strictest confidence and it is intended to help your doctor to decide which calls are urgent.
